Business Case: Libreville Urban Development Proposal
In an integrated governance approach, the town hall of Libreville, Gabon, launched a call for citizen projects by mobilizing members of its diaspora.
The Hybrid Analyst has chosen to contribute to this initiative by collaborating with the first Gabonese Think Tank, the Concorde Institute , to develop a concrete proposal.
The project focuses on the challenges linked to accelerated urbanization, in a context where 70% of African cities remain particularly vulnerable to climate shocks.
